Terms of Party Agreement

• A $75.00 nonrefundable deposit is due to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due the day of the party. If schedule changes are made at least two weeks prior to the date of the party, the deposit may be transferred to this new day/time. If parties are cancelled or rescheduled less than two weeks prior to the original party date, the deposit may not be transferred or refunded. The birthday child and his/her guests may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the party’s start time. Children must have a parent-signed waiver/consent form in order to participate. Consent forms signed by neighbors, friends, grandparents, etc. will NOT be accepted. Party participants must obey the gym rules.

• We schedule our staff and order party supplies based on the party package and size of party that you have requested. You may change your large party package to a small party package by notifying our staff on or before the Monday prior to your party. With advance notice, we can adjust your balance due based on your changes.

• Any child 17 years of age or younger who enters the gym area is considered a party participant. Small party packages with more than 14 participants on the day of the party will be charged for a large party package. Large party packages with more than 22 participants on the day of the party will be charged $12 for each additional child. Seating will accommodate a maximum of 25 children.

• A party instructor will call to confirm details and discuss any special requests a couple of days prior to your party. We will also send an email confirmation.
